How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. How can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind, feel free to send us a cancellation request at any time. However the cancellation is only available if your order is not been processed. Once your order is moved to the “in-progress” status (usually within 24 hours after the order is placed), there is no cancellation.

Within 24 hours after we receive your order for cosplay costumes, our design team begins the process to prepare and make your costume. This allows us to complete your order with quality and meet the turnaround time. A considerable amount of effort, labor, time, and custom selected materials will be invested to complete the process. And due to the nature of Cosplay, it’s difficult to re-list or resell the item you order. That is for this reason that there are No Cancellations after the order is been processed.

How long will a custom/tailor made order take?

Normally a custom/tailor made order will take any extra production time of approximately 10-14 business days. The costume designers will start working on orders within 24 hours when the payment is received.

How long does it take for the tracking number to be available?

The tracking number will be available and be provided accordingly to customers after the package is shipped. Most parcel service providers will update the shipping status within 48 hours.
